Prayers of Hope and Words of Encouragement is an Offender Correspondence Ministry  either by e-mail or by writing; sending cards and letters with scripture and encouraging words. It is in affiliation with Family Gospel Church in Belton, Texas with Becky Ballard as Pastor and Penny Gonzales as Music Minister and Messenger of Hope .

Becky has worked with prison ministries for a number of years and is currently working with  offenders in Texas who are prayer warriors for Chapel of Hope. Together we are starting Prayers of Hope and Words of Encouragement. We currently have 40+ offenders we have sent cards and letters to and with God's guidance we are hoping to get Gods Word out to more offenders.

Help Me Lord, (I'm losing faith)

My faith is getting weak my Lord and I am calling on You

I need strength Heavenly Father it's so much that I go through

I'm coming to you with a humble heart my head and mind bowed in prayer

I need reassurance Lord, that still you are there.

A part of me, wants to let go to a faith, I been holding strong

Father tell me, you have not abandoned me, right now I feel so alone.

My spirit is in shambles Lord my sould feels so lost.

The devil is all up in my mind corrupting all my thoughts.

Hear me Lord

I'm calling Your name

My faith is getting weak it's been over come with pain.
